Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Window: You have up to 2 hours from the time of order placement to request a full cancellation.
- How to Cancel: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a request to cancel.
⚠️ After 2 hours:
If your order has already entered the production or fulfillment phase, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order (such as switching product variants or correcting product options), we recommend canceling the existing order and placing a new one.
- Significant changes are only possible within 2 hours of order placement.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the change.
Shipping Address Changes
We can update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse.
To request a change:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Include:
- Your order number
- Current shipping address
- New shipping address
Please reach out as soon as possible to ensure the change can be made in time.
